If you are holding an event at home or in the office, APD Bar Service®
is capable to provide a bartender for that days function:
HOME PARTIES
APD staff is available to serve your function whether it be for a
bartender only, or bartender and alcohol liability insurance, or
bartender + alcohol liability + full beverage service.
We normally work by industry standard formulas to determine the volume
and mix of liquor to be supplied. We would, of course, consult with your
requirements to tailor the liquor mix to meet the needs of your function.
Additionally, should you require food at your function, we would
be happy to involve one of our regular Caterers to offer your guests the
type of menu you desire to make available. We would be happy to discuss
your partial or full service needs with a view towards the budget you have
available for that function. Our Caterer's are capable of meeting almost
any food and wait staff requirement. In selected Metrowest areas we are
also able to recommend private dining for your pre-wedding rehearsal dinner,
depending upon the number of guests to be accomodated.
OFFICE-CORPORATE
As a profit or non-profit organization, bottom-line is still a cost
to be very well considered. APD Bar Service® offers the most competitive
rates in the area. In some areas we are able to link with limousine services
for your guests if required. Additionally, if Hors D'Ouvres, Party Platters
or a greater degree of food service is required we can coordinate your
needs with one of our regular food Caterers. Theme functions are gladly
accomodated such as Mexican etc... If your event requires decorative elements,
we are happy to recommend a supply facility.

WEDDINGS
APD Bar Service® is also available to assist with your wedding
need requirements. Typically, you will need one (1) bartender per each
hundred (100) guests. With over two hundred and fifty (250) bartenders
and growing, we are normally able to meet the needs of of the most exhaustive
concurrent weddings scheduled. Your planning dramatically helps insure
that you have the most premium staff assigned to your most special occasion.
We are able to coordinate your limousine needs, your food requirements
and able to bring you a first rate DJ. If the budget permits, in some cases
we can recommend a band to consider. We will be adding a private hall list
to our database in Q1 2000, so keep in touch with us for your upcoming
